On arrival our apartment was lovely and clean. And it is in a wonderful position within the resort. We will stay again mainly because of its situation.

The cleaning during our stay 11 nights was very basic, beds were not made and our towels were not changed until we asked at reception on the eight day of our stay. We were informed that if we had not hung up our towels they would have been changed. I do understand that as self catering you don't get the same service as a hotel but I feel that as Rocas Blancas is quite expensive compared with other apartments that room cleaning should be of a higher standard.

Central location, friendliness of staff

The Cleaning was poor we had to go and ask to have our bed sheets changed and we had been there 9 before that happened The Cleaning of the apartment was extremely poor and needs to be improved the cleaning lady was not friendly
